Senior Youth Support Worker

Youth Support at The Cavern

At Support at The Cavern, we provide a welcoming and supportive environment for young people aged 13-19, with a particular focus on reaching those who may find it difficult to access traditional support services. Our team of support workers engages with youth through inclusive activities, such as board games and group events, creating a safe space where they can connect with peers and build coping skills.

We are dedicated to helping teenagers feel less isolated and more supported during the critical hours of 5.30-9.30pm, when statutory services are often unavailable. Funded by the Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board, our service works closely with a range of statutory mental health services to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to care.
