Vicki joined us just after Christmas 2021 as a cook in The Cavern. She is married to Gareth with three grown up children, one with learning and physical disabilities; and two grandchildren. They have three dogs and one cat, Vicki is a big animal lover!

Before working at The Cavern, Vicki has worked in a few different roles at local coffee shops and restaurants. She spent 6 years working in a private rehab in Dursley cooking and supporting clients with addiction of all kinds. She has worked hard taking care of others for many years. Before joining us she worked at a care home as a support worker for mental health where she gained a level 2 mental health qualification.

Vicki’s real passion is in the kitchen cooking and making cupcakes, she runs her own small business, Gemini Cupcakes. She loves donating cupcakes to Gloucester Feed the Hungry, a charity very close to her heart! She also enjoys meditation and positive wellbeing.
