Pam began working for Treasure Seekers in the Spring of 2018 to help set up daytime opportunities for adults with learning disabilities in The Lighthouse. Pam has a background in business and social care management before working with us. She is passionate about working with vulnerable adults. She has a younger adult sister with learning disabilities. In May 2021, Pam stepped in to the role of Support at The Cavern Lead. Pam moved to Gloucester twenty years ago all the way from California. She has four grown up daughters and five beautiful grandchildren and she lives with her husband and dog. When she’s not at work she loves going for walks, travelling, listening to all kinds of music, and learning new things! Pam is in our safeguarding team as an Adult Safeguarding Officer
