Joining us in December 2022, Isla is our Youth Support Lead and Deputy Child Safeguarding Lead, bringing a wealth of experience from her background in social care and residential care. She has worked extensively with vulnerable children and young people, playing a key role in multi-agency teams focused on safeguarding and creating safe, supportive environments.

With a trauma-informed approach, Isla is dedicated to advocating for young people, helping them feel heard, valued, and supported on their journey to healing from trauma. Her compassionate and inclusive mindset ensures that every young person she works with is given the tools and care they need to thrive

Outside of work, Isla enjoys making and eating a good curry with friends and family!
