Andy has been with Treasure Seekers since July 2016, starting as one of the staff team for Support at The Cavern before moving on to head up our Enablement team for three years. In March 2020 Andy moved to supporting adults with learning disabilities as part of The Lighthouse team. After a year of helping us through the pandemic, Andy moved to his current role as Know Your Patch Outreach Worker, helping local organisations work better together. When the Harbour project started in January 2022, Andy was the natural choice to lead. He was formerly an administrator in the Royal Air Force and subsequently worked for Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, followed by a national care company, working with gentlemen with dementia at end-of-life.  His abilities to come alongside people, listen to struggles, and build a journey of discovery using practical tools and skills for people make Andy a huge asset to Kingfisher Treasure Seekers.
