Zoe has an extensive background in care and support work and is in the final stages of completing her social work degree. She brings a calm, caring presence to the team and is particularly strong at engaging with young people, taking time to listen, chat, and build genuine relationships. Zoe is a reliable and valued member of the team who works hard to make young people feel comfortable, understood, and included.

Outside of work, Zoe is a huge animal lover and is especially devoted to her cats. She also loves karaoke and brings a real sense of fun and openness to what she does. Zoe has a positive, can-do attitude and isn’t afraid to have a go at new things, which helps her connect easily with young people and create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
