Ross works part time in the Youth Team, bringing plenty of energy and commitment to his role. He has a background in Sea Cadets, where he took part in youth activities and developed a sense of structure, teamwork, and responsibility. Alongside this, he has worked for several years in hospitality, including at the Cavern Coffee Shop, which has helped him feel comfortable engaging with different people and responding to busy, fast-moving environments.

Ross works with young people and is continuing to build his experience and understanding of the challenges they may face. In his spare time, or on a free evening, he can usually be found working on his gaming PC or heading out to watch live music, passions he can talk about with young people and use to build everyday connections.
